The short version

Your voice is personal data — arguably the most personal kind. We store it in the EU, use it only to generate audio you ask for, never train models on it, never sell it, and delete it fully when you delete your account.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, plan and usage minutes.
  • Voice samples: the recordings you make or upload, with the timestamp of your consent confirmation.
  • Generated audio and scripts: the text you submit and the audio produced, kept so your history works.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never card numbers.

The free demo (no account)

On /try you can record about twenty seconds and hear one short clip in your own voice without signing up. That recording is handled differently from everything else on this page:

  • It is used once, to make that single clip, and deleted in the same request — before the clip is even sent back to you. It is never added to an account, never used to train anything, and there is nothing left to export or erase afterwards.
  • The generated clip is returned directly to your browser and is not stored on our side at all. Closing the tab is the end of it.
  • The text you type is used for that one generation and is not kept.
  • To stop the free demo being abused we store a one-way hash of your IP address with the date, so the same connection cannot use it repeatedly in a day. It cannot be reversed to an address and is deleted after a week. No cookie is set.
  • Only record a voice you have the right to use — on the demo, that means your own.

The legal basis is your explicit request: the recording is made and processed solely to produce the clip you asked for, and is destroyed immediately afterwards.

Where it lives

  • Database and audio storage: Supabase, Frankfurt (EU), in private buckets accessible only via short-lived signed links.
  • During generation only, your voice sample and text are sent transiently to a GPU worker (RunPod, EU datacentres only) and are not retained there after the job completes.
  • Transactional email is sent via Resend.

What we never do

  • Train AI models on your voice.
  • Share or sell your voice or audio to anyone.
  • Use your voice for anything you didn't explicitly request.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct, export or erase your data. Deleting your account in Settings permanently removes your voice samples, generated audio, history and profile — actually removes, not flags. For anything else: info@keefirivunts.ee. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; ours is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).

Retention & cookies

Generated clips are deleted automatically 90 days after you make them. Download anything you want to keep — your plan is a monthly allowance of minutes, not permanent storage.

Your voice sample is kept for as long as that voice exists, because generating in your voice requires it. Delete the voice, or your account, and it goes with it.

Everything else is kept while your account exists. Visits are counted without cookies, using a daily-rotating hash that cannot be traced back to you or linked across days — that runs for everyone and asks nothing of you.

If you allow it, we also load Meta’s advertising pixel so we can tell which ads brought people here. It sets cookies and reports to Meta. Nothing loads until you say yes, declining is one click, and the site works identically either way. You can change your mind any time on the cookies page.
