Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
The one rule that matters
Only clone voices you have the right to clone: your own, or someone who has given you explicit permission. You confirm this every time you create a voice, and we log that confirmation.
Never allowed
- Impersonating a real person without their consent — including public figures.
- Fraud of any kind: scam calls, fake voice messages, social engineering, phishing.
- Deceiving listeners into believing generated audio is a genuine recording of a real event or statement.
- Harassment, defamation, or content that is illegal where you or your audience are.
- Removing or tampering with the audio watermarks.
- Bypassing usage limits or reselling generation capacity.
Fine
- Voiceovers, narration and dubbing for your own content.
- Fiction and satire clearly presented as AI-generated.
- Client work using a voice the client has consented to.
Enforcement
Violations get accounts suspended or terminated, and where the law requires it, reported. Every generated file carries an inaudible provenance watermark that identifies it as AI-generated — misuse is traceable.
