Websites for places to stay. Made by people who travel.

We spend half the year on the road, staying in small hotels and apartments across Italy and Spain. We see your website the way your guests do, and we fix it.

From €590, once.

Your guests decide in seconds. Most small hotels lose them to an old website, and pay Booking.com for the ones who stay.

Three examples, one for each kind of place.

These places are invented, to show what we build.

Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Smoobu, Octorate, Beds24, Krossbooking, Cloudbeds and others. Your site links to them; nothing changes in how you work.

Who we are

We're a family from Estonia. Rauno is a craftsman and developer: he has built jewellery, tattooed and written software, and now builds websites for the places we stay in. From October to April we travel through Italy, Sardinia and Spain. If a yellow Porsche is parked outside your hotel, that's probably us.

Questions

Is the site mine?

Yes. Your web address stays in your name, and if you ever leave you keep the pages we built.

Do I have to change my booking system?

No. Your site links to the booking engine or channel manager you already use. If you don't have one, guests send a request and you confirm by email.

Will my email stop working?

No. We only change the records for your website, never your email.

Do I still need Booking.com?

Keep it if it brings you guests. The aim is that more guests book you directly, so you pay less commission.

What about my CIN or registration number?

We show it on every page, as the law asks, along with your regional code where there is one.

How do changes work?

Send us a WhatsApp or an email. Small changes are usually live the same day.

What do I need to give you?

Five answers: your registration code, your rooms and prices, your booking link if you have one, which photos to use, and who looks after your web address.

Can I cancel?

Una tantum is paid once. Monthly plans run 12 months, then you can stop any month with 30 days' notice.
